We would like to welcome you in this special 13th edition of Athens Tango Marathon with a renewed energy.
You are invited to embrace Argentinian and Greek culture, so harmoniously mixed, in the historical heart of Athens.
Greece, in the heart of the Mediterranean: Well known for great food, amazing weather and hospitable, warm people with a special ability to embrace.
The Greeks may be far from perfect -who is, anyway?- but for sure they master these things really well: how to make you feel welcome, celebrate, share and enjoy life!
In this special edition we are going to give you a taste of fantastic greek finger food, pure alcoholic spirits and quality music by experienced djs!
Let's bring the Argentinean Tango EMBRACE and the Greek "SPIRITS" together!!!

Couple 220€ (early bird price 190€)
Prices include taste of Greek traditional food, snacks and refreshments during the milongas.
During the marathon the bar will be open to serve you with a wide variety of wines from around the world, spirits and beers.

Venue
All activities of the Athens Tango Marathon will take place at TANGart.
The main space has a large wooden floor and two more additional rooms, total 270sqm.
It is located in the center of Athens (near the Acropolis).
Approach by Metro
(red line, Acropolis or Syggrou Fix station),
TRAM (Vouliagmeni Station) and with a number of buses and trolleybuses.

Accommodation
The venue for the marathon (TANGart) is located in one of the most central parts of Athens (very close to the Acropolis) and is easily accessible by metro.
(red line, Acropolis or Syggrou Fix station).
You can easily find a hotel or Airbnb next to a metro station starting at € 50 per night.

What is Athens Tango Marathon?
Once a year we create this tango meeting, with the intention of people visit this beautiful city, meet the Greek and Argentine culture, come to dance, and share their tango with people of all over the world in a Ronda of Embraces.
A long weekend in Athens full of tango and new experiences.
We have a limit of 140 participants, and is balance between the number of roles: 50% leaders, 50% followers.
A Welcome Program and information will be in the Registration Desk
Food, Snacks and soft drinks are free during the Marathon
A professional photographer will be among us during the Marathon
Online registration is required!
In case of cancellation the participation is not refundable.
