!!! ATTENZIONE !!!

Cari amici, prima di tutto ci teniamo a ringraziarvi per la fiducia accordataci per questa prima e ahimè non fortunata edizione di Elba Milonguera. Abbiamo atteso con speranza ma ad oggi, sia noi che i gestori dell'Hotel Hermitage, non vediamo le possibilità di poter vivere il nostro Encuentro in tranquillità e sicurezza, considerato anche il carattere fortemente internazionale dell’evento. La situazione sta per fortuna migliorando ma l'incertezza di quello che accadrà, ci porta a decidere di rimandare l'evento a data da definirsi sulla base del calendario comune a tutti gli eventi analoghi. Vi faremo sapere le nuove date non appena la situazione sarà più stabile in modo da non creare false aspettative.

Per coloro che hanno già versato un acconto all'Hotel Hermitage, è previsto un rimborso straordinario. Sarà sufficiente scrivere una mail all'Hotel (reservation@hotelhermitage.it) richiedendo la cancellazione e segnalando il codice IBAN dal quale è stato effettuato il pagamento. Tutti gli iscritti riceveranno presto una comunicazione ufficiale di cui questa è anticipazione.

Il dispiacere e la delusione sono forti. Esprimiamo la nostra vicinanza a tutte le persone che si adoperano per la creazione di eventi dello spettacolo che portano gioia nella vita di tutti noi e ora si trovano in difficoltà e a tutti i tangheri appassionati in standby che però, sappiamo, torneranno presto ad abbracciarsi.

Dear Friends,

first of all, I would like to thank you for trusting us the organizers of this first and, alas, unfortunate edition of Elba Milonguera.

We have been waiting with hope to see how the Corone outbreak would have developed, but, as of today, both we and the Hotel Hermitage managers, do not see how our Encuentro could possibly take place in complete safety and serenity for all.

The situation is, fortunately getting better, but the uncertainty about the future leads us to the choice of postponing the event to date to be yet defined on the basis of the calendar of similar events.

We will inform you about the new dates when the situation will be stable, thus avoiding creating false expectations.

For those of you who have already reserved the Hotel Hermitage and paid a deposit, a special reimbursement is possible. It is sufficient to email the Hotel (reservation@hotelhermitage.it) requesting the cancellation of the

reservation, with the indication of the IBAN of the account you used for the payment.

All registered participants will soon receive an official email.

Sorrow and disillusionment are in our feelings. We express our closeness to all those who work for the creation of cultural events that bring joy to the life of all us, and are now facing difficulties. We are close to all passionate tangueras and tangueros who are now in stand-by: we know you will soon embrace each other again.

The 5 star Hotel Hermitage, overlooking the splendid Biodola bay on the Elba Island, will be the perfect scene for this Encuentro when the golden days of Summer fade away
