Encuentro Elegante Seattle welcomes a Milonguero style of experienced dancers from around the world.
At Encuentro Elegante Seattle we strive to create an atmosphere of elegance with Golden Era music, high
ceilings and a beautiful 3,500 sq. ft. dance floor. We support and encourage the Codigos of the traditional
tango once danced in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This year Encuentro Elegante Seattle will be held on October 4th, 5th & 6th, 2024. The weather during this time is a little cool.
Autumn colors have just started to show in the foliage. This means day temperatures in the 70‘s and the evenings are in the 60‘s.
This creates an environment that‘s neither too hot nor too cold; it‘s just perfect for dancing.
We welcome skilled and respectful tango dancers who hold a reverence for traditional social tango.
Dancing with “Kindness and Respect” is our motto in this role balanced event at Encuentro Elegante Seattle.
